"I have an older ceiling fan with hard to find 'Tiffany' tulip shades, with one broken. The silvered glass tulip shades have saved me from having to replace the whole fan. My only quibble is that the shades were shipped as 6 different boxes with 6 tracking numbers. "

I went on line and told them to refund the purchase and I again would try to order the correct item. They told me I would receive an email telling me how to return the wrong merchandise which I have never gotten. I do NOT want the wrong item so please tell me how to return it for a refund Thank you.
