"As an aggregator and curator of other companies' products, AllModern's shopping and purchasing process was seamless. I was able to find the rug that I ultimately bought there after viewing thousands (no exaggeration) of others on their and other sites. So, props for style selection and ease of use.
As to the rug itself, a less glowing review is called for. It did match very closely the other reviewers' comments, so I wasn't too surprised when it came and you do get what you pay for, so at it's sale price, it wasn't bad and I am satisfied with it. But that's really only because no other rug I looked at even came close to what I wanted in anything even remotely close to the price I paid for it.
What is ironic about all of this is that AllModern positions itself as Mid Century Modern style resource and the kind of rug I wanted was quintessentially "mid mod."
All in all, I would recommend AllModern to others as a go-to for some cool designs actually within reach. "

"I ordered a side board for $919. It said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I paid with paypal so the money came out of my bank account immediately. After they received my full payment, they send a confirmation that states the item will ship on 1/28 (or in 10 days) and that it would be delivered on Feb 19. I called immediately and they tell me that because it is freight, it takes longer. I have ordered heavy products from Overstock.com and it doesn't take 3 weeks to arrive. Because we are having company and they could not provide customer service to get the item to me in a timely manner, they suggested I cancel the item. Now, I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back! Why would they hold money for that long?? Unfortunately I think I am done with All modern, Waverly, and Joss and Main. i have been redecorating a new house and purchased quite a bit through their companies - but it is inexcusable to hold my money that long. The representative told me there is a way to check the shipping date to my zip code, but not when you pay by paypal. The option to check that is not there - just to pay your money immediately. No customer service from these people.

"I don't yet know whether or not I'm satisfied. I ordered a space heater on December 27 but it hasn't arrived yet. Although the shipment is coming to Canada, the website says that product can be shipped to Canada, and the "estimated delivery date" using the address/country for delivery, was December 30. It is now January 6 and I'm still waiting."
