"I ordered a rug which was supposed to arrive yesterday. And yesterday I recieved an email saying that the delivery date had been changed to June (6months way). Why didn't they inform me sooner? I as expecting this rug for Christmas. Very disappointed with the service. "
"Paid almost $4,000 for a leather sectional and ottoman. Sectional arrived but ottoman did not, even though it was listed on the original order, shows that it shipped and was on the delivery sheet for us to sign off on. After contacting All Modern multiple times, it took getting angry and asking for upper management for them to even agree to order a replacement. In addition, these items come from Italy and take 2 months to arrive.
Large items are shipped to a local delivery service and then they deliver. The company they contract with in my area had delivery employees that were very scary to open a door to, much less let into your home.
All in all, unless you are buying small items at low value, I would not suggest using All Modern. In this tech time where we order more and more items unseen, it is becoming more important for these virtual companies to provide proper customer service. I for one will never order again from this company."

"Items arrived prompter than I expected, minor tiny minuscule blemish on the daybed, and a single missing washer, but other than that everything looks good. I'd probably buy again. Have yet to fully install the fan, but it looks good in the box. Not sure if there's a warranty on the daybed, but putting it together was easy. The fan came with a paper for a one year warranty."
