When I went to put the chaise together, the directions were straight forward and all the parts were accounted for with extras! The reviews I read prior (for the negatives) of the product were true. The hole that were to be bolted together did not all line up. Which is frustrating when trying to put together. The quality of the product is ok. Good for a dorm or a throw away piece, but for the price that is what I should have expected."
