"The item took over 3 weeks to arrive. There was little to no tracking information available. I live in a 32 story high rise. After the delivery day came and went, I called to find out that the delivery 'service' had dropped the package off in the unmanned loading dock instead of the concierge desk (Which is staffed 24/7). Subsequently the package was stolen. "

"All modern has some good furniture but worst customer service experience.I bought some Chairs through this website and try to inquire about it there reply was we apologize for your convenience but cant do anything.I had the worst experience in my life dealing with the customer service team.The guy name Andy D was really rude and after several e-mail he just ignored my situation and keep repeating the same line that they won't be able to do anything.I would seriously recommend Not to buy anything just from the prospective of having any issue and won't getting resolved."
"I order some chairs, within 36 hours, I decided to cancel them and wrote an e-mail to the site advising of my cancelation. I did not receive acknowledgement of that until the following day, and when I called to confirm the return process, I was told because they had already shipped, I would receive a refund less the shipping charges. I am not happy about at all!!"
