"I purcahsed a large quantity of items spending a sizable amount of money. The items were shipped sporadically which was frustrating to me to make any formed decision. I purchased about forty five pillows which were all returnable within 30 days. What they don't tell you is that it is 30 days from the order date, not date of receipt. Therefore, I was scrambling to determine which pillows I was going to keep and which ones I would not. Furthermore, I purchased pillows that specifically stated that they were returnable in the product description. Yet upon my email of final purchase, one item clearly stated that this specific product was considered special order and non returnable. I promptly emailed customer service and called to rectify the situation. Once I was preparing to return that specific pillow style, my account reflected it as a special order. It required four phone calls and countless hounding for me to rectify my account to reflect the ability to return the pillows. They may have a wide selection of products, but they ship your items in cheap, flimsy boxes that are impossible to use for returns since the boxes arrive mostly destroyed. I had to search through my recycling to find better quality boxes. Be sure to thoroughly research the product you want as you may find the same product somewhere else. Lastly, you may think that you are shopping on All Modern, but most of their products come from Mayfair, an inferior quality division in my opinion. Many thanks to Sticks and Jocelyn W. though for their excellent customer service. They worked very hard with me to rectify my frustrations."
