"I purchased a comforter in the wrong size and tried to cancel within 10 minutes. It took them 2 days to get back with me and they stated that the order couldn't be canceled as it had already shipped. (Ordered on 12/15/14.... didn't receive until 12/23/14) I now have to pay for return shipping! I will NEVER use them again and will let all friends and family know just how awful they operate! "

"I have ordered a dog bed from allmodern.com. Upon receiving it, I have realized that the color was not accurate. I simply wanted to exchange the color. When I had contacted the company, I was told that they do not do exchanges and the item was not returnable. However, they were going to make an exception and allow me to return after I had to pay $18 for shipping. When I had purchased the item, it was on sale and now the item was back on full price, which meant that I had to not only pay for the shipping but also the price difference. I believe in this day and age with the increase of online shopping and companies with great customer service, I should be allowed to at least exchange the color without any issues or price difference. I had told them I agreed to pay the shipping costs, even though many companies even do this for free. It is not my fault that the color on their website is not accurate. After all this is online shopping!!!! Now they started saying the product what custom made for me and that was the reason I couldn't exchange. Which confuses me because they were willing to return it for a store credit??? So clearly they are just throwing excuses out there and not willing to provide good customer service and help me out. Obviously I will not be shopping on this site anymore and would advise other shoppers to find alternative sites for their product with better customer service."

"Company has issues setting delivery dates and then charging for cancelled orders. I called 3 times, spoke to 3 different company reps and each time the story changed... Finally the last customer service person apologized for the incorrect info given by their own staff, but still refused to issue me a credit. I would never do business with this company again. "
