"The Swizzle barstools are excellent. Exactly what the ad says. But I had to call customer service twice, because the instruction is misleading. The alphabets (A, B, C, etc.) do not match the illustrations on the instruction sheet. I finally got it, and was able to assemble them quickly, when I concentrated on the pictures and ignored the corresponding letters.

"This company is ridiculous. We ordered a King size bed from this company. We received an update that the bed was shipped from the warehouse on Nov. 21st. and will arrive on December 2nd. Now it's December 2nd and we found out it will not be here until December 8th. In the meantime we have our $2000 Memory Foam Mattress on the floor. It sat in a warehouse in California for 10 days for whatever reason."
