"I am my church's sound technician, as in that role, I have to keep our equipment in good working order. Even though we have several microphones (lapel)only one of these is a Sennheiser which is our best microphone and it is the one that our Pastor uses. The microphone failed, and I needed to get another one in a short amount of time.
I have purchased from All Pro Sound before, and the service was excellent at that time. So there would
be no reason not to do so again.
I ordered the microphone that I needed, and received it
in very short order. In fact, I received I expected it to take around a week to get it, and it showed up in just three days. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon, and received it on Wednesday, which was just two days before I needed it for Christmas Eve services.
I would highly recommend All Pro Sound to everyone who needs top quality sound equipment and accessories.

"After submitting payment, I received an email to call customer service because the bulbs to two special effects lighting fixtures I purchased would have to be ordered. Everything else was to be shipped 3-day, as ordered. The phone call confirmed this and I was told I would have my lights within a few days. The following week I had received nothing, so I called customer service. It turns out the part of my order that had been shipped had been delivered to another building in my school district. This delivery did not include the lighting fixtures. I was told that the shipping address had been corrected and that the lights were on the way. On November 1, I called customer service again because I still had not received my items. I was told that they had not arrived from the manufacturer, but they should arrive later that day or the next. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the lights would arrive at All Pro Sound that day or the next, and would then be shipped 3-day to me. I expressed my frustration at the delay and informed the representative that we had begun technical rehearsals for our musical. I needed to know if the company was going to be able to provide the items as ordered before our performance. I was assured that I would have the lights by Friday, (Nov. 5). As of today, (Nov. 8) the lights had not been delivered. After another call to customer service, I was informed that the lights had not even been shipped from the manufacturer yet, and All Pro Sound could not be held responsible for manufacturer delays. I expressed my frustration again, and was told I could speak to the agent responsible for my account, but that I would have to call back since he was at lunch. As I was setting up for a dress rehearsal, I was unable to call back today. I now find myself having to redesign our second act lighting scheme two days before our show. Had I been informed that All Pro Sound was unable to deliver as promised (repeatedly) I could have obtained the fixtures from another source. I have been a customer of All Pro Sound for ten years, and have been very pleased with the level of service. I have even recommended them on several occasions to directors from other schools and members of our AV staff. After this very frustrating incident, I am having reservations about ordering from them again. Honest communication would have gone a very long way, and I find myself very disappointed with how this transaction has been handled. I will be calling tomorrow to have my payment refunded."
"I have been a customer of All Pro Sound for many years and have ordered by both phone and through the Internet. I have always found their sales representatives to be knowledgeable and helpful. Even when placing orders through the Internet, they are attentive to my order. As an example, on my last order, I was placing an Internet order late at night and accidentally lost my connection. I thought the order was lost, so I reordered. Early the next morning the sales manager called me to say he was reviewing orders and noticed I had placed my order twice. He was checking to see if it was a mistake or if I had really intended to place a double order.
