"Customer service was fantastic. I received assistance by phone with my order. One item was in stock and shipped right away. The other item was supposed to come straight from the manufacturer, however, they had none left and the item was discontinued. All Pro Sound customer service suggested another comparable item which was actually an upgrade from (and $100 more than) the original item.
