"I placed an order on Jan 28th for impact shorts for myself and my son. I had a bad fall, cracking my tailbone and decided to invest in shorts. I was excited to see the prices on All Sport, even in USD they are less expensive than anywhere close to us. I paid the additional $19.99 for shipping to Canada with the delivery time of 7-11 business days. I have sent 2 messages inquiring on the status of my order and the tracking number. I have not received a call back or an email with the information I have requested. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews on this company and wish I had. Still 2 more business days left however I'm losing faith with the negative posts. Fingers and toes crossed, I won't have the same issues as the other paying customers have had.
I've read many negative reviews, would be wise for the company to resolve issues mentioned. Again, wish I would have read reviews before placing an order."
"I ordered on October 26. As of the evening of November 2, they have not shipped. They have not responded to the online inquiry I submitted. I plan to call on the phone tomorrow, but I don't expect much help. I ordered a single item, and their website has indicated the order is "Processing" since October 30. Once they label the order as "processing" they won't let you cancel it.
The charge went through as Protection Warehouse on October 28. I may have to ask Capital One to intercede."
"I would give it a negative star if I could. Don't trust them with protective gear as they do not stand behind their customers or products. I ordered Demon Flex X Top D30 and the padding on the right arm dug into my bones causing my arm to swell up after a few hours of riding. I contacted them and asked if I could return it or get a store credit and the rep told me I probably ordered a wrong size and that I can't return it since I wore it. I told him that it fits me perfectly but there must be a flaw in the product because the left arm felt fine, but the padding in right arm area seems thicker and longer. He said to send in picture of my arm showing the swelling, which I did (twice) but no one responded. I'm not going to spend any more time chasing them down for $200, but if I were you, stick to Backcountry, REI or Jensen USA.....they'll make sure you're taken care of if you are not happy with the purchase. It was my first experience with All Sport Protection and it would be my last. "
"I ordered pads online, $ came out of my account right away but no confirmation email, no pads. I called 10 days later, finally got someone on the phone, told me it was on backorder but would ship in 2 days. Still no confirmation email. I calked back a week later and was told they would ship in a day or 2. Finally received the pads a week later to find out they were the wrong length. I called and left messages asking to either refund the coupon I'd used since they were the wrong length or to ship what I'd actually ordered .....still waiting for that return call..........."
"I have had 2 experiences with All Sport Protection and both have been great. The first time I ordered a POC Trabec Race mtn bike helmet. I called because I wanted to ensure it would be delivered before a big riding trip. When I called, the lady I spoke with informed me that the helmet was out of stock. She wanted to make sure I'd have it for my trip, so she upgraded me to the mips version at no extra cost and had it shipped overnight for free. Wow!
My second experience was this week. I ordered a set of knee and elbow pads on Monday morning. They arrived today, less than 48 hours later. $0 shipping and faster than prime. I am impressed. I signed up on this site just to write this review. "

"Ordered some protection stuff from All Sport Protection.
First of all some of stuff was out of stock and they just put this things out of my order but they did not recalculate shipping, and as I'm an international buyer, shipping cost was huge. So no matter that 1/3 of my order was canceled, they billed me for whole shipping.
Shipping took loooong time to go.
And after receiving i realized that they^
- put in 2 wrong defense items
- put in 1 wrong size item
Finally they didnt answer any of my letters about delivery cost. And after receiving wrong items they declined to send me correct thing before i send back wrong ones...
