"Bought high end memory fom them for a little less then $200. Previously I had no problems with the seller until now.

Process time: Took them 9 days before the item was shipped. Told that it was instock, and credit card was already charged. Shipping was about another week and a half. Almost a MONTH TO RECEIVE product. There is something wrong here.

Customer Service: Took 3 tries to get them to answer my questions and they weren't polite about there responses.

Products: Are alright to good(bought from several times). Then again the don't make the product all the offer is basically service and that has gone down hill.

These people took forever to send me my stuff. We live in a world where gigs can be transferred in seconds, fortunes lost in minutes, computer processors encoding movies faster that heck. This retailer just isn't on the leading edge of speed. They are very slow. Their prices were competitive but their speed just doesn't measure up. Don't expect to get you package until the last possible delivery day. Although my first package was DOA, they would not refund my return shipping. It wasn't for companies like newegg, allstar/smk would have caused me to never order online ever again!"
