"Our order was handled with perfect professionalism. When there were possible problems they were quick to ensure our order was accurate. Our background was meant to be slightly blurry, but All State Banner wanted to ensure and followed up with us. Once approved our order arrived in a very quick time frame, about 1-2 weeks across the country (we are west coast). The quality of the banner is superb both in print quality and in fabric quality. The only problem we could note was a small piece (1/2 inch) of the stand had broken off in transit. It was not part of the structure and did not impact the functionality of the stand. Once we agreed upon a design, we spent the next 4 days trying to find options to get the banner printed in a location close to her. As a last resort, I searched online for somewhere to print the banner and deliver it on Tuesday...It was now Friday! After a successful upload of a large file (most places online want you to limit your file size to 12 mb), a quick chat with customer service about delivery date and a payment, the clock was set in motion.
