"I have done a fair amount of business with this company and their quality has been good. However, now on 2 occasions when something has not gone well you cannot reach some to resolve the issue! For my most recent order I bought two banners and banner stands, all in the same order, with written instructions to complete the banners to fit the banner stands. Even though this should have been obvious, since everything was in the same order. The banner stands arrived with the banners, but the banner stands hold banners that are are 48" x 78" and the banners must have grommets to fit the stands. The banners arrived at 48" x 96" and no grommets! Now I am supposed to get on a plane in two days for a trade show without the banners that I desperately need. I have tried to contact them via chat (we'll have them call you), voice mail messages, and several different email addresses, all without success over the last two days..."
