"Placed an order on May 6th. My credit card was charged on May 7th. As of May 27th, I have not received the order. I sent several Emails, but got no response back. I called several times, but no one answers the phone. A phone message says that there have been some management changes, and all back orders over the last couple of months will be shipped by May 21st. I am still waiting!"

"I have similar problem as the previous review. Placed an order on Feb 25 but have not yet receive the goods. Sent the company e-mail two weeks ago, no response. Telephoned their customer service twice. First call, couldn't pass the recorded greeting. Called again yesterday and spoke with a guy who answered the phone with just "Yeah?". Gave him my order number to check the status, he never came back to the phone, after 15 min wait. I am going to contact PayPal for a refund.

"My wife and I are extremely disappointed with this company's customer service. We absolutely LOVE their protein blend and order it 5 pounds at a time. Recently we placed an order on Feb 1st and immediately got a confirmation email of our order. After a couple of weeks went by, we emailed for a status check in. No response. The website mentions delays in shipping and production, so we waited another week. Then we emailed again and called and left messages for sales/customer support and shipping. Nothing happened. Then we emailed again and left more messages. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email.
Fortunately they haven't yet charged my credit card, but we don't know what to do since we love their product.

"VERY SLOW! They have great protein, but their shipping practices are HORRIBLE! I ordered my items on Oct. 5th, and never got a shipment confirmation so a week later (today, Oct. 12) I emailed them in the morning, and now I got a billing/shipping notice in the evening. ONE WEEK to ship! HORRIBLE!"

"VERY SLOW!! I ordered a product from them and called 10 days later to see where the order was. The rep told me they "just got the order in" and they would try to get it in the mail that day. But delivery would still be the following week. I just hope the product and price is as promised."
