"I actually ordered this from shop.crackberry.com. They, along with several other sites, are all linked to SmartPhone Experts.
I placed my order on Tuesday & received it the following Monday, with no problems. Their prices are competitive, but not the lowest. They have a great selection of accessories for just about any smartphone you can think of (Blackberry, Treo, etc)."

"I needed replacement batteries for my Belkin UPS. They had them in stock at a good price. They shipped the next day & arrive a week after I ordered (using the cheapest shipping option).
The only negative point I can make is that they didn't have the higher-capacity batteries that I was looking for in stock. Other than that minor detail, everything was good."

"This was my first order with J&R, Sennheiser CX-300 headphones. They came in a big box with a bunch of air-filled packing stuff. Probably a waste of such a big box & a lot of packing material, but there's almost no chance of damage with packing jobs like this. Shipping was fast, no problems with my order."

"May 2008: Pretty quick shipping this time around (I did have to pay for it, though).
November 2006: Good price on a USB hub with mail-in rebate. Got free shipping, but took 2 weeks to receive it. Again, if you need the item quickly, pay to upgrade the shipping, or you may be waiting for a while.
October 2006: Good price, but very slow shipping. The book took 7 business days (nine days total) to arrive. It may not have been Amazon's fault, so it's not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of."
