"The order for wheelchair tires was placed on Sunday night and I received the tires 5 days later. I ordered the wrong size of tires. I called, the new order for the correct size was placed with a return set in place for the wrong size tires that I ordered.
Donita is very friendly and took care of my order promptly.
I did not have to deal with the annoying automated system for long when I called. I am overall pleased and will place future orders from Allegro Medical to keep my 18 year old wheelchair up and going."
