"I purchased Invacare reusable bed pads. I use them as Pee Pads for my Yorkie. He seems to enjoy shredding the disposable ones, I think he finds it entertaining :-(. I have used the reusable pads for at least 5 years. Through numerous washings they have held up wonderfully. I try to hang them on the line as much as possible. I after many years have had to reorder more for a few of them finally needed to be replaced. Allegro speedy service is great. Not that it was necessary for me, but if you are using any of their medical products there may be times that there would be a sense of urgency and I think Allegro could accommodate any request. "I received notification of two shipments of my order. However, 3 items (socks) were not listed on either shipment and the order was classified as complete. I emailed Allegro twice and called twice. There was no response to either of my emails. One call was answered and after some insistance the customer service rep said it would be shipped out the next day from a wholesaler. That was a week ago and still no status or delivery. "

"I was mailed the incorrect item. I emailed the company and didn't hear back for weeks. In the meantime I begrudgingly re-ordered the item because I really needed it for physical therapy. I think the item was incorrectly listed because the price I reordered it for was twice the price I originally paid. Someone did eventually email me saying they would resend the correct item but I had already reordered the item and received it. I emailed back asking if I could mail back the incorrect item I had received and be refunded for the second order...still no response. I'm very happy with the item and the price listed but I feel that people ordering medical supplies usually need them promptly and the slow process of receiving the incorrect item and reordering is not ideal. "
