"I order from Allegro Medical regularly for the Medical Supply Company that I work for. They always run great sales (I love the 60% off, free shipping, etc). They are prompt in their mailing. My only complaint is they do not accept Paypal."

"Did not receive my order at all. I received a email on 1/3/14 with the tracking number, but looking up the number with UPS showed that the label was printed but never shipped. I called customer service on 1/16/13. The lady investigated and apologized then stated that it was being express shipped to me and to expect it by Monday. Today I phoned customer service again and the lady was rude. She stated that the tracking number shown the item to be on the truck for delivery and I would just have to wait. The tracking number with UPS still shows that the label was printed but item never left the warehouse. She also stated that this company only takes orders and then places the real order with the manufacturer for deliver. Now I wish I had looked at BBB before ordering...they give this company an F."

"I recently came across Allegro Medical's website and found an item that I've been purchasing thru a local pharmacy. Since I'm in a wheelchair I've often had to ask friends or family to pick it up for me. Imagine my delight when I found a comparable item at Allegro Medical. It was cheaper than if I has bought it locally plus which Allegro was offering free shipping!!! Their prompt delivery was an extra bonus. Since then I've found Allegro's website offers many other items I use regularly and I've ordered 5-6 other items. Each time I've been pleased with the quality, price and prompt delivery of items I ordered. I'll be relying on Allegro for many of my medical supply needs!"

"I have multiple orders with different dates, it's hard to keep a good paper trail with bits and pieces of different orders coming in from different orders but I would rather have the product sooner than later. Then again keeping up with
more than one order difficult. Multiple orders may have some of the same products making it difficult to track. Two E-mails had tracking numbers for UPS with the FEDEX tracking site for multiple orders. Took a little time to realize I was tracking orders at the wrong site. But I feel Allegro will fix this over site soon. "

"First I originally (thought) I placed this order on 12/20 but after a week of no emails about the order I went to investigate and it seems there is a second step when using the paypal check out option (something I had never noticed before) so I was already a week past needing the supplies and now I am three weeks past and still no delivery.
