"I ultimately received what turned out to be a good product at a good price. But I was dissatisfied with the order tracking system: I was given a tracking number at the time I completed the order, but for days the tracking number/link did not work. After a few days, I e-mailed customer service to inquire about my order. They soon replied and told me the product was backordered and would be shipped directly from the factory the next day. I would have been fully satisfied if I had been able to get this information right away and not have to wonder what happened to my order and have to contact customer service to find out."
