"Beware. Terrible company to deal with if you have problems. Ordered a very expensive scone (Meyda Loon Sconce) for $188. This sconce looks like crap. They bend down tabs to hold the glass in place.. The tabs are bent crooked and show from the front. I have pictures that I can send anyone. Looks like a $20 discount store light. The manufacturer agreed that they have a quality issue but Allegro shops still insisted on charging me a 30% restocking fee plus shipping both ways."
"I cannot say that I shared the same experience. I bought a table from them on Feb 10th,I received it Feb 15th The box itself was majorly damaged and I refused the package but the FEDEX driver wouldnt take it back. Then I called FEDEX who apologized as they saw I in the account I refused to sign for it, and sent out a call tag to return it.I emailed AllegroShops who advised me to open it and (per their request I sent 7 pictures of the damage to the product and the box)Fedex picked it up The next day Feb 16th and it was received by them on Feb 26th I received an email on Feb 28th stating We've contacted the manufacturer concerning the refund and they've informed us that their accounting department is still processing credit, we will refund you as soon as they credit us back. Really!? I bought this from YOU so YOU need to refund me and get your own money back from them!! Now its March 6th and Im STILL waiting for a refund. Very very unhappy!! UPDATE So I got an email today after I wrote a nasty one that now says "Your order was refunded by PayPal on 3/1/2012, please see below:

Ira responded to my E-Mail that day telling me she would follow up with a tracking number and Today she followed up on that and informed me that I'll have my darts today. That means I received my item 2 days after I purchased it AND had excellent customer service. If that isn't good enough, the shipping was FREE.

"I will never order another item from AllegroShops. I ordered a cheese tray with slate trivet. If you paste in the following like you will it shows a picture of a birch wood tray with a slate trivet in the middle, if they haven't changed the picture.

What arrived was a slate tray. This representation is unacceptable. When I now type in the product number it shows what I received, but when I copy in the website above it shows what I actually ordered. I'm happy for the people who used this site and things worked out for them, but if I were you, I wouldn't take my chances. Also, I ordered the cheese tray on December 15th and it did not arrive until JANUARY 12, 2012. If you are not in a hurry and don't mind receiving a product that looks nothing like what you ordered, this is the place for you!
UPDATE: I emailed customer service and they went out of their way to correct my problem. They are the best customer service I have ever worked with. I take back all the bad comments. Would order from them again. In fact,, I did. Very satisfied. Thank you Olga"

First it took them 3 days to respond to my original e-mail(unacceptable in this day and age). Additionally I was informed today that the item would not be shipped until tomorrow, a full 5 days after being placed and definitely NOT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.
