"They accepted our order, and then four days later they abruptly cancelled it saying their pricing had been incorrect. "We guarantee your satisfaction" (unless we mess up, in which case your satisfaction is secondary to our profits). I have complained to them directly, but have not received a response."
"I ordered a Buttercup Doll House kit from AllegroShops because they had the best price and what seemed okay reviews. They charged my credit card the full amount and wait a whole week to notify me that the price of the doll house on the internet was incorrect and that I have to pay an additional 8.95 to receive my item God knows when. I cant beleive they wont honor their own posted prices and have such poor customer service. I emailed them back with no response and yet they still have my money and I have no product. I suspect I will have to file a fraud case against them. I dont recommend this company at all. Their prices are all probably misrepresented to fool the consumer into shopping with them. Buyer BEWARE!"

Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't sufficiently package the chairs so they were damaged in shipping. I contacted AllegroShops customer service and they very promptly responded and provided regular updates. They pursued the manufacturer and made sure they shipped out replacement parts with better packaging immediately. Customer service was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I was impressed with the level of commitment and customer service provided and would use them again."

"I placed an order with Allegro shops for a fire truck toy chest. They charged me some $168 dollars for it and it's 3 months later and nothing has been delivered. They are the biggest fraud company so beware. If you call them, they keep taking you to voicemail. I am putting this into small claims court now. Stay away from this company and use someone safer like Amazon."
