"I placed an online with Allergy BeGone, but then contacted the supplier of the item directly and found out that Allergy BeGone was charging 2 1/2 times the price for the item. I immediately called Allergy BeGone to cancel my order. I was informed by REBECCA that the order was not yet in their system, I would need to call back the next day, then she abruptly hung up (as I was beginning to respond to her). The following day was New Year's Eve, so I called back and told her their web site says to call immediately to cancel an online order, so that is what I was doing. She quickly said "call back tomorrow" and hung up again. It is very rude customer service to just hang up on a customer while they are still trying to resolve an issue. I was concerned that no one would be in the office on New Year's eve, so I called back and asked REBECCA to please write down the order number and cancel it when it hit the system. She quickly said "call back tomorrow" and hung up. I called again and asked to speak to her supervisor. She responded by saying that she is the supervisor. I find it hard to believe she could be any type of supervisor because she possesses absolutely no customer service skills and seems to not have the intelligence to write down an order number for cancellation. There is definitely something not quite right about this company. Beware!"
"I originally placed order for vacuum bags on August 17, 2013 ($10 worth of product).
I waited weeks for the package to arrive, but it never did. I was never notified that the item was out of stock and that there would be any delay on my order.
On September 7, 2013 after not having received my package in the mail, I contacted customer service (someone named Allana) via email.
I heard nothing for a week, so on September 14, 2013 I sent a follow up email. Finally, I got a very short response asking for my order number.
Soon to follow, I heard from another customer service representative Rebecca, who informed me that the item was on back order until Monday September 23, 2013 but assured me the product would be in soon and ship soon.
I again waited weeks, but the product never arrived. Two months after my order, on October 15, 2013, I emailed again asking to cancel the order if it had not yet been shipped out, and asking for some sort of good faith compensation for the trouble I had gone through thus far (a coupon, free order, etc).
I received an email response from an unknown customer service representative on Oct 16, 2013 telling me my order had been cancelled, without any further explanation of what happened, and without any address to my request for some acknowledgement to the unprofessional experience.
I replied on the same day asking to speak with a manager. The next day, on October 17, 2013, I received a reply just saying the item was on backorder and never filled. Again no address of my request to speak with a manager.

On my first call, I was abruptly transferred to a voicemail for someone named Allana. I left a message asking for Allana to call me back.
I called back to speak with somebody else. When I called and asked to speak with another manager, I was cut off mid-sentence and transferred to Alana's voicemail again.
I tried one more time. During call 3, I asked not to be transferred to voicemail and asked to speak with someone else. I was told by the customer service representative that Allana was in a meeting and is "all over the place" and could not speak with me directly and the rep could not tell me when I could expect to hear back from her. The rep also told me that Allana (no last name) was president of allergybegone and there was nobody else I could speak with. As I was trying to understand this, the rep yet again cut me off and transferred my call to Allana's voicemail, even though I specifically requested not to be transferred to someone's voicemail.??After this, I sent my grievance in a written letter to the owner of the company, Allen to his store in NJ. I waited 2 months for a reply, but never received one. This company is a sham. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

"This is perhaps the worst online shopping experience of my entire life. If I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. Don't buy anything from this company unless you enjoy dealing with rude, incompetent people.
I ordered two air purifiers from them on May 5, 2013, totaling $738. I paid with my credit card and they sent me a cheerful order confirmation. A couple days later I saw that the charge went through on my American Express so I expected to receive the products soon. They never showed up, so 18 days later I went to their website to find out what happened. On the order status page, a small note at the top simply said "this order has been cancelled."
I sent them an email asking why and they replied saying that my credit card had been declined. I checked with American Express and sure enough, the charge had gone through on May 5. I called AllergyBeGone to ask why they cancelled the order when the charge, in fact, went through. An extremely rude woman named Rebecca wouldn't even let me get a complete sentence out. As soon as I gave her the order number she shouted, "Yeah I got your email. Your card was declined! Call your credit card company!" I kept trying to explain to her that the charge actually went through, because I was looking right at it on my Amex transaction records, but she refused to listen. She literally interrupted me every time I started to speak, and she kept getting louder and louder. Finally I hung up.
I sent her back an email along with proof from American Express that the charge in fact went through. A few minutes later a "supervisor" named Patricia called me at my work. She was even ruder than Rebecca. Again, every time I tried to speak she proceeded to shout me down. Sensing the conversation was going nowhere, I hung up. SHE THEN CALLED ME AGAIN at my office, and proceeded to lecture me about how I need to speak to her and how dare I hang up on her. Rather than getting in a fight with her, I hung up again. She then began barraging me with ALL CAPS emails, threatening to report me for harassment if I call or email again.
So the bottom line is, they have my $738, they refuse to ship me the air purifiers, they shout me down when I call them and they are threatening legal action against me if I continue to contact them. If this sounds like fun to you, then by all means feel free to shop with them. Personally, I will buy all of my allergy products from Amazon from now on.

"I thought I would be very worried reading these reviews, but I was refunded a toy I bought from them through eBay. It took awhile because they said their program was having issues (a bit sketchy at first) but after talking to a supervisor, it was taken care of quickly and I was given 5% off for my next order. They have decent prices and the toy when I received it wasn't defected and in new condition so I will keep them in mind for future purchases."
"I have never, never had a problem with an online store until I tried to purchace from Allergy Be Gone. Shipping was five or more days late and I am still waiting. I had to order from another online company to get my hepa filter for my daughers room. I hope to get my filter or my money back one way or another. Allergy Be Gone is gone in my book.. prompt refund was given after Pay-pal dispute notice given. "
