"Ordered 4 Humidifier wicks on December 4th, 2007. Payed via Paypal. Credit card was charged that day and received confirmation email.

Status page of order never was updated so sent an email on the 11th and the 18th with no response. Opened a dispute on the 19th through pay pal and heard nothing. I then escelated it to a claim on the 28th and they refunded my money. I would not shop here again.

1 contact from them and I would have waited. But I don't think they had any intention or ability to fufill my order."
