"I purchased a 16x25x5 MERV 13 filter from the website and the product title said 16x25x3 as that is what my A/C unit requires. However, when the product arrived it was not properly sealed (all I know it was a recycled filter) but was off by 1/4 and 1/2 inches around the filter. Upon contacting the support I got the following response:
"OEM replacement filter part nominal dimensions will either be rounded up or down depending upon the brand"
How does this help me? I am out of $134 and the vendor refuses to take these faulty filters back.
This business has a so pure BBB profile and I am surprised why they are still in business. "
"I ordered 4 air filters from them and I got 3 the correct size and one incorrect size. I had to take multiple photos of the incorrect filter, including using a tape measure, and finally I got them to agree to send me a replacement. And despite the invoice listing the correct size, they sent me another wrong size....not even close. This time it took over a week of hounding them, them requesting multiple photos, until I left a VM saying "You screwed this order up twice, now I just want a refund. Do the right thing!" No response. So I called again, and now they decided to refund me, except they refunded me the price of the wrong filter which was $20 less than the one I ordered. But by now I was so tired of arguing with them I just let it go. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BTW, these are the same people that also go by the website Filtermonkey.com. BEWARE!!!"
"By far the worst thing I've ever bought. I assumed that if it was intended to fit a Trane air handler it would be notched to fit correctly and tightly in the filter frame in my Trane. Instead it is just cut on an angle so instead of a proper tight fit you have all that air able to move past the filter. The pleats are uneven, the filter material is cut raggedly and the entire thing is flimsy and ready to fall apart. This is absolute pure junk. If you are concerned about protecting your health and that of your family and you have a notched frame filter housing in your Trane system - DO NOT BUY THIS TERRIBLE IMITATION. In addition the online seller pretended as if they needed approval from the factory to provide a prepaid shipping label when in fact they are the factory and have the exact same address. Talk about a deceptive way of doing business."
"Placed my order to receive the wrong size. Reading the fine print on the website I made sure I measured before I placed my order. Upon receiving, the filters were to big. Single mom here, I thought it was something I did wrong. My dad measured and confirmed I placed the correct order, they sent me the wrong size. I called spoke to Jeff in which he instructed I send photos measuring the filters. Upon sending my request on their website I received and email stating as follows. “ We are sorry to hear that you mistakenly ordered the incorrect filter size. Unfortunately, all air filters are made to order and therefore non-returnable. This policy was clearly stated on the product page in red lettering. We would, however, be happy to make a one time exception and offer you a 50% discount on the correct size filter.” Then 15 mins later I received the following email. “ We apologize for the previous communication. That was sent in error. Kindly disregard the response as the filter that were sent to you were incorrect from what you ordered. Thank you for providing pictures as requested. We are very sorry that you received the incorrect size filters and for the inconvenience it has caused. We have contacted our manufacturing manager regarding the situation and will notify you of an update once we hear back from them.“ Never heard back. Next I received another email the next day stating the following. “We have just received communication from the facility that this order has now been resubmitted for re-shipment. We will update further once additional communication comes in.” I immediately called and spoke to Joe expressing I didn’t want the filters as I purchased them else where. He then asked to send the filters back with the prepaid label sent to my email. I explained I never received a return label email as Yvette was contacting the manufacturing manager regarding the situation and will notify of an update once they hear back from them. This was all through email. Never returned my call, Yvette just assumed I wanted the filters and placed another order. Joe was going to look into this with the Yvette and would call me with an update. Never heard back from them, I followed up with another call a few days later in which Joe said I never requested a refund therefore I wouldn’t get my money back. “However we will be glad to offer you a one time 50% blah blah”. On my email correspondence from the beginning of my ticket request it clearly states on the top returns/refund. Terrible company with poor communication and all they care about is money. I will review this company everywhere I can warning people. I wish I could attach all email correspondence to show proof! Please DON’T ORDER! I will dispute with my bank!"
"Company practices false advertising. I found an add on Google depicting three 16x25x5 filters for $38.99 from them, the description even stated case of 3. When you hit the link to the site it only showed one filter but never listed how many in the product description. I placed the order and a few days later received only one filter. When I called customer service to complain I was told they would notify the IT department and not given any other alternative or even suggest doing anything about it. When I tried to get the service agent to look up the google add he just stated they are not responsible for Google (although they are the ones paying to put add there in first place). Don't buy from this company as they don't stand by their ads and have terrible customer service."
"Filters shipped from All Filters on Feb. 5th. Tracking shows one attempt to deliver to a business address on Saturday the 13th. No subsequent attempts by the carrier, no way to get anything but circular response from carrier BOTS. Told by All Filters that once the product is shipped we are at the mercy of the carrier. They took my money but don't seem concerned about whether I get my filters."

In defense of this 1 Star rated company, ( which is a fair rating) read the fine print. Most filters are 1/2" undersized on their site.
Undersized filters allow air to bypass the filter, defeating the purpose of said filter.
Customer Service is a misnomer. Basically they say, to bad, you should have read the fine print.
Just go elsewhere... but always DOUBLE CHECK the size you THINK you're ordering. "

"Had a filter sent that was tampered with and clearly used prior to receiving. Filter box was covered in scotch tape. Filter itself had water in it and strange substance on it. Contacted their services multiple times to not receive a response until nearly week later. Requested a replacement, provide pictures, and in end was offered a 10% off next purchase with no replacement. Disappointed with entire service and highly suggest looking elsewhere "

"I suspect these filters are counterfeits from China and not OEM as advertised. I purchased 2 OEM Samsung Da29-00020b filters in mid January 2020. After about a week, I started hearing a loud knocking, jackhammer like sound when dispensing water. I spoke with AllFilters and they suggested I remove and replace the filter and then dispense 3 gallons of water to clear any air from the lines even though I had done this when first installing the filter. Still the problem persisted intermittently. The filter stopped working in early June 2020. I installed the second filter and I still have the same problem. I wasted my money and I will leave bad reviews on every social media site. I will also submit a claim with PayPal to get a refund."
