" I have spent thousands of dollars with Alliedshirts.com. I have had orders come in perfectly and some with a few printing or size errors. Regardless, the errors were fixed and new hoodies t-shirts were reprinted and shipped. My last order was a mess. It was almost $1,000 of hoodies for my construction company. All hoodies came as ordered except 2. Two of them the wrists were loos and the sleeves would go past my wrist and half-way over my hand. In construction, this is bad... I called and emailed the company regarding the issue. After going back and forth with someone via e-mail, they required I send a photo of me in the sweatshirt with the tag size showing and the imperfection highlighted. Not only was this time consuming, but was very invasive to send pictures of myself via e-mail. Over 2 hoodies, i felt this was pathetic. In the end, they only shipped out 1 new hoodie, when in fact, it was both mine and my business partner's. To be treated like this is unfortunate. As a business owner myself I do whatever needs to be done to ensure my clients are 110% satisfied. It's not worth nit-picking over a few materials or labor. In this case, i was nickled and dimed... My hope is that the owner of this company is made aware of this issue. I sent countless e-mails regarding the hoodies and haven't even received a reply. "

"I designed a shirt for cruise I am doing for my birthday.. It was suppose to be delivered on Dec 4th. I called on the 5th of December to follow up and after being place on hold for quite a while I got a reply there were out of the shirt that I chose...I asked politely how come I never received and email to let me know about the delay and she said that who ever put in the order entered my email address wrong... She then told me the shirt was in and it would be rushed out and I would have it by last Monday so I could wear it to a party on Tuesday...Its been an additional week and I still havent received the shirt... This is the first time in a while that there was so much of a lack of communication.. Its not very good customer service..

"The design process was simple, easy and self explanatory; however, the website provided guaranteed delivery that was not met. The quality of the sweatshirt was as explained on the site; cozy but the quality of the ink was horrible. I asked for solid black letters but the ink was charcoal gray and not completely filled in. The gray has splotches of white mixed in so the clarity of the words are not crisp. I chose one of the offered clip art designs and it was splotchy as well with some parts of the edge of the design completely unclear and/or missing. I do not plan to use this website again. I'm very disappointed. "
