"Order was delayed 3 times so we had to cancel it. Company is unreliable. Save yourself the time and headache. "
"You have an event. You plan for it. You send in your order in plenty of time according to their website. The shirts are GUARENTEED to be delivered weeks before your event. day of delivery passes...no response. day later, email telling of production delays with no new date of delivery. 3 calls made over the next week. I am informed each time that they are sending an email to the production team and will contact me when they receive word. Each time I call, they say they have no information of previous call. Now, I'm days from said event instead of weeks and they are still not dealing with the issues they have created. Please, if you want your event to have a t-shirt, stay away from this company. They are not worth it."
"We have talked to a customer service representative, but nothing has happened. We are unhappy with the service and printing we have received.
1. No one has talked to me about my previous email asking for tracking information when the two packages didn’t arrive on the 29th.
2. I’ve now been told that part of my order was just cancelled without my knowledge. Supposedly an email was sent to us but we can not find it in my inbox, spam or trash. And I guess I’m just supposed to be okay with not getting what I ordered. I probably would have picked a different shirt or canceled the whole order. I definitely would NOT have gotten 2/3 of my order and just told the kids sorry you don’t get one this year.
3. When calling customer service we were told that you have to review all of our complaints before you can fix anything if there is anything to fix. That’s some crappy customer service.
4. When looking at the shirts we did receive the Red color is faded and stripy. Looks like my ink cartridge is running out of ink. Quality control didn’t do great.
5. Paid extra for shipping and expedited service. It was late by two days and we only got one of two packages.

"First of all the print color from back and front was different colors shade lighter, I went back and made sure it wasn’t my mess up.
They printed half the order because they couldn’t get some sizes in the color I wanted and instead of contacting me so I could just simply change the color they printed half the order when I called they said it was to late cause half the order was already printed.
I needed these to all be the same color and it could have been a simple fix. Then they told me to send a copy of the shirts. , first of all you know what you printed and second if I’m being completely honest the differ t shades of the print was t even the main issue. I had to donate my order to a local shelter and just reorder with a company that could get my entire order filled. "
"Graphic print got snagged, colors muted. Came fresh out of the box with cracked, worn look. Was told there was nothing the art department could do. That was the expected result. They expected poor quality! Offered 80% refund. Washed shirt, now the ink is peeling off. They offered 100% refund. We shall see if I get it. I have never purchased such a poor quality product in my life. I’ve had better shirts from the dollar store!!!"
"I received my shirts, they are missing about 75% of the graphics that I created. I've sent 3 emails, three days in a row asking how we can fix this mistake. No replies. I've called the service number 3 times. 3 diff days. I'm on hold for 45mins each time without ever talking to a person. After being on hold for 45mins with no answer, the call hangs up on me. So I spent $105 on 6 shirts that are nothing close to the ones I created online. DO NOT order from them."
"Total garbage. Print quality is horrible. They blamed it on the art I provided. Although I used the same art with 2 other printers and had excellent color. Allied offered a $90 refund. They don't even care. I guess we can use the shirts as dust rags since that's all they're good for now."

We have sent letters to their executive officers encouraging them to check on their processes (SWPs and SOPs and how they are actually executed), materials, technologies and logistics to pinpoint what happened and avoid further cost of poor quality (COPQ). Our case may not be an anomaly. Allied Shirts may actually have a systemic problem that is producing garbage printing that could cost your company big time once it’s discovered. "
"We have some t-shirts we ordered, to wear one day a week at a market. The shirts weren't perfect new, but got worse fast. The printing has come off all over the shirts within a couple of weeks of use. Now a couple of months in and the shirts are useless for promotion."
"I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and got completely screwed on my last order of over $500 for my small business. The quality was terrible, colors were not my companies colors and the artwork completely washed off on all the shirts after 1 wash. They only offered a $90 refund. A huge disgrace. Do not waste your time or money "
"I placed an order sept 13th and was told it would take 3-5 business days to get the shirt. After a bout 2 weeks of nothing, I received an email stating there was a problem printing my shirt. When I called, I was told one of the graphics was a little blurry, but it could still be printed as is. The agent assured it would be printed and shipped out that day. 2 more weeks go by, and I just received an email they have cancelled my order because they are "out of stock" of my shirt...a simple plain Black 2x tee. Waste of my time. Now I am waiting to get my refund back which can take another week."
"- They take the order, tell me it's shipping. Then 3 days later they send an email that there is a problem. The problem is that they don't have 80% of the shirt sizes I ordered. How do you run a business like that. Why didn't they know 3 weeks prior when I placed the order. Called customer service and was hung up on TWICE. Disgusting!"
"I ordered some shirts for an event on August 25th. The total came out to $66.85 ($13.99 of that is shipping). A few days later, I receive an email stating some of the items cannot be fulfilled and I'd receive a partial refund. A few days after that, I receive a refund of $57.85. That's a $9 difference--less than the cost of shipping.
I called them, they weren't in. I tried contacting them via form on their website. Their captcha is broken. I clearly checked the "I am not a robot" box, and I get a red message telling me I didn't complete the captcha field.
It's pretty clear most of my stock isn't coming in. It set me back 11 days, and now I'll have to pay for a rush order elsewhere. I have no idea what--if anything--is still shipping to me, or they're $9 short on my refund.
This is my first time trying them out. Never again."
"I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service. Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right.
Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up
One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity.
This company does not deserve any negative reviews.
I've received incorrect orders in the past (I am a professional) & have reached out via email in trying to resolve the matter & in all 3 cases, it was resolved.

"Placed an order with a guaranteed delivery date given to me at checkout. A full week later I received an order cancelation with no reason given. I called customer no-service and was treated very rudely and still given NO EXPLANATION. And no apology either. This site is a scam as far as I am concerned. Save your money. Go somewhere else."
