"These were the most incompetent people I have ever done business with. I placed an order for my school two weeks in advance and called their customer service number multiple times to confirm our delivery date. Every time you call you have to speak to a different representative and they all tell you different things. Some tell you they can give you this discount some tell you you get no discount some tell you there's a fee for this and so on and so on. I called one more time a few days before they were supposed to be delivered to triple check, just to find out that they had made some kind of mistake and our order was pushed back an entire week. The shirts were meant to come in two days before we needed them and over a week later would be too late to use them. The only thing they offered to resolve this issue with the refund which didn't help resolve all the angry parents expecting tshirts for their child. This company has horrible customer service, management, and organization. Dealing with them was a huge hassle and headache. "

"I placed a logo graphic on your online order. Even called to verify that it was going to show well and got positive confirmation. When getting the shirt the logo quality was very poor and there was no time to complain. I just had to use the shirts with a mediocre logo print. Very disappointing!"
