"I placed an order for eight custom-made soccer tee shirts on December 15, 2015 and they arrived on December 30th. All was well because our first game wasn't until January 8th. However, two of the eight shirts didn't match the others: the logo was only one color instead of two. There was no white outline and it looked very bad, with blurred lines. I called instantly and sent pictures that were requested to the Customer Love Team. I explained the date of our first game and pleaded with them to have the two replacement shirts here by January 8th. I thought they should pay for faster shipping since they messed up. I was told that there was no way to get the shirts here by then, but I would receive an email when they were shipped. On January 8th, still no shirts. I called and they apologized, but still no promise of when they would be shipped. I emailed again on January 13th, and received an email back. They still would not say when they would be shipped, but promised I would get an email when it happened. Seriously, how long does it take to reprint two shirts? Today, on January 15th, lo and behold, the shirts arrive, a whole month to the day of our order. (I never did get the email saying that they were shipped and on their way.) I opened the bag to find that the white outline is on the shirts now, but it is thinner than on the other shirts, and the "holes" in the logo aren't filled in with white as the first shirts were. REALLY PEOPLE? This has been a very frustrating experience. I would say that they either do not know what they are doing, or they do not care. I will not order from this company again. Ever."

" First off great deal as far as price was concerned. I got 2 shirts for roughly $38. One shirt having a good quality large color spectrum with very dark background details. The other being lower quality full color. Both were only printed on the front. That's already a better price than most stores at about $20 dollars a shirt at places like Hot Topic for instance.
Customer service - I don't think it had even been a full day after placing my order that i got an email from one of Allied Shirts' reading that my 2nd Shirt's image quality wasn't matching up with how it looked when i designed it and allowed me to send in a new better quality image to fix the problem. They were quick to reply that they updated it afterward. What was great was that not only did the issue not set my order back but if i remember right 2 days were carved off of my expected shipping arrival date of my order. It ended up coming a day earlier anyway. Bottom line is that Allied Shirts is not an automated system, there are people checking and making sure that the formatting on your product is correct, not leaving you to find out your order was messed up after it arrives.
Color - no auto color correct as seen in automated printers such as those in Walmart and the like. Colors in image are printed just as seen when designing your shirt.
Ink - I'm sure many have experienced a shirt getting over-washed and stretched out and the logo on it getting strips. This is due to cheap ink. Something that this site thankfully doesn't use. As an artist that works with fabric paints Id relate the type of ink to a matte fabric paint, a type that basically withstands everything and keeps its color. "

"I am just now getting around to writing a review of my purchase with all the craziness of the holidays, but was extremely unsatisfied with my experience with your company. I ordered several items, 2 hoodies and three t-shirts to be exact. These were made as part of an inside joke and given as Christmas presents. I appreciate the half off sale that your company was offering and recognize that this may have been a good deal financially, but felt that shouldn't mean a 50% effort on getting the order safety to the consumer. Honestly I had two major issues and complaints. The first was that all five items were severely smashed into an plastic envelope that even a non shipping expert understands was way to small to fit the five items ordered. The package actually burst open somewhere along the way from your facility to my house. I understand that partially this could have been a shipping mistake along the way, but by the looks of the packaging it took three men to sit on the envelope just to get it to seal, like trying to cram way to much in a suitcase for a weekend trip. The package was found on my doorstep on a rainy day with the contents soaking wet and actually covered with dirt and grime from being exposed on their travels. The second concern was that due to the nature of their packing job, the items were not neatly folded but crammed into the tiny container as one would a sleeping bag in a stuff pack. Both the sweatshirts and two of the t-shirts were smashed together so much that major creases exist in the printed areas of the design. One t-shirt was so stuck together that the print actually got ruined while trying to slowly un-seperate the stuck together print. As these were gifts and right before the holiday, I did not have time to complain and go through a return process and gave them as is. Not only was this an embarrassment, but even at half off it was a lot of money to spend to receive damaged items, simply due to a lack of proper folding and packaging on your companies end. The gifts did provide the laugh that was expected, but sadly will probably never actually be used. A lot of money to spend for unusable and damaged merchandise. Maybe next time I'll print out myself and iron on. Definitely will not be recommending or using Allied again.

"I ordered a shirt well ahead of their guaranteed delivery date of Dec 24th, 2015 and that was my deciding factor as my order was a Christmas gift and no other t-shirt company made this guarantee. I did call them about this and they said they shipped it out well ahead of schedule, but I also called the USPS and they said that they scan items as they received them and mentioned that though Allied Shirts "printed out a label" for shipment, the USPS did not receive it until the 23rd which explains why it took until after Christmas to receive my order. Yes, the shirt was nice, but do not plan on receiving your order on or before the promised date. Allied Shirts only offers to make good on their guarantee by asking you to send the order back and getting a refund. "

"Last April I ordered about 150 shirts from Allied Shirts for a fundraiser I host. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would have given that order 5 stars, if I had been asked to review it. This year I ordered two different t-shirts with printing to see which I preferred. I am so glad I did, because the quality of the print was unacceptable. The colors were off, dull, and looked like they bled into the fabric. I could see a white outline on some of the print. I am not sure what has changed, but I was very disappointed."
