"I ordered 8 shirts in a golden yellow color with black lettering and 2 small cartoon graphics. I had to request that half of them get reprinted because of faded print. When the reprint came in, half of the reprints were faded and 2 of them had a different shade of yellow shirt. They were very easy to work with to get the reprints and later to get a refund, but the print quality isn't there."

I returned the first shirt because it was such poor quality (apparently my upload file was not up to par) and when I was told they would correct and send a new ones based on their websites software I in good faith bought 2 more. All of the shirts arrived and are in poor quality and the shirt colors bleed through the letters making them look faded and old and cheap. Time and Money wasted, Never again."

"Received shirt I ordered last week. Really love the personalized design. I do wish the 2XL was longer. I'm afraid it's going to be too short for my husband after we wash. But I'm going to do everything I can (wash in cold water and not put in dryer) to keep it from getting too short."
"The shirts are really amazing in color and clarity, and the quality of the t-shirts are very good. The site allows you to make all kinds of choices in color, design and the size of the picture you are sending. BUT BEWARE! I paid for rush shipping with a delivery date of July Fourteenth. I called the company TWICE to see if there was ANY way I could insure that they would arrive then and offered to pay extra for one or two- day air, as I was going to give them to my husband and friend for a trip to Alaska, and they left on the 16th.
The only replies I received were That is all we offer. The t-shirts WILL arrive on the 14th. I told them I would use my own FedEx account, pay extra for the hassle but they were unwilling to be flexible in any way, this so-called Love Team! Alas, they arrived on the 16th, after my husband had left!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! So, allow a few extra days for the expedited delivery, or if you are really in a hurry, you may have to try another site. I will try to order my t-shirts earlier next time, as I do not think there is a better site for all the choices that they offer. "
