When entering my vet's name, the system prompted me that it could not find her because the name wasn't entered in the correct format. However, the site did not provide what the format should be. Do I put "Dr." first? Credentials or no credentials? First and last name, or last name only? Inconvenient to try several variations of the same thing until the system accepted it.

When entering in phone numbers it is common for a website to provide an example: for instance do you want the number 1 before the area code? Do you want dashes or no dashes, etc. Inconvenient to enter the phone number a few times before the system accepted it. "
