"I go to the "My Rx" section of the website and use that to select the appropriate pet and medication for the Rx I want to refill. When I go to check out, I have to reselect the appropriate pet name and prescribing veterinarian. Often, the pet/ vet name are incorrect at check out, so I have to go back to the "My Rx" screen to see which vet is the prescriber for the specific medication I am trying to refill so it's less likely to be rejected. I think the website should be able to know that information for check out (and pre-fill it in for confirmation) since it is the information provided in the "My Rx" screen, from which I selected the pet and medication for the refill."
