"Horrible place, unless you like pushy people calling you and hidden charges that are applied after you buy it.
After you place the order, they call you to try and upsell you on stuff. Personally, I hate that. After that, they drop a bomb that the free shipping actually has $29 insurance added onto it. So free shipping really isn't free.
When you call and complain, they will remove the insurance and will tell you its boxed up and ready to go. Mind you, this was in a 30 minute time span on a Sunday. Apparently the guy answering the phone also boxes it up and knows all about your order. To me that is poor business practice. I refused to give money to someone like this.
To top it all off, I have two different invoices, the first one doesn't have the extra cost, the second one does. How bad is that? I'm forwarding the information onto the NY and FL state attorney offices and they can investigate this.
Just pathetic."

The only small annoyance was at purchasing moment as the idea of few clicks "online selling" was replaced by lots of human interaction: I have received a phone call and had a salesperson trying to sell some additional insurance for the TV. After 10 minutes of saying that I'm not interested to any offer, he switched to trying to upgrade the delivery to a faster but more expensive one. After 5 minutes he switched to selling insurance that would include faster delivery.
Finally it was settled as I wanted from the beginning, but this meant 20 minutes of resisting a pretty aggressive salesperson that on one side was very confident the tv is really excellent and durable and on the other side he tried to sell me additional insurance in case it gets broken :)"
"After an argumentative conversation with Sale rep, I had nice conversation with David, Head of sales.
I am pretty pleasant with the way he handled the situation, he promised to give me the same deal without insurance charge. I am happy that at least there is someone who understands how to treat your customers.

"Cancelled my order with them. Asked me to call a pay-per-minute line to confirm my order, ostensibly because our shipping and billing addresses were different. It then turned out that although their website said I was ordering the US model of my desired camera (with 1yr warranty), it was actually the import model (no warranty). On the phone, they offered to sell me the US model for $100 more. They also tried to tell me that I could only get the US model elsewhere for $1400, which is pretty much a lie. To their credit, they did eventually call back and offer the US model at the advertised price, but the entire interaction felt off.
Update: The owner called after seeing the review and was very distressed about the above description, since it did not reflect his business practices. He offered to send us the camera for free to inspect before charging our card. We decided not to take him up on the offer, but are amending our review."
"Placed the order on Monday. On Wednesday, since I didn't receive a shipping notice yet, I sent them an email to ask for a status update. On Thursday I decided to call since nobody got back to me yet. It seems the item is no longer in stock and so they canceled my order. I get all the backordering nonsense, I don't get that nobody bothers to contact me. They didn't even realize the item was in backorder until I called. Also, I had to call 3 times before somebody could finally help me."
