"EDIT : I had problems with being told my order (a lens) would be sent out several times, and wasn't (partly due to the hurricane, definitely). After leaving a review someone from the company did call me and insured that it had got shipped out and would arrive today and did offer some small compensation. "I ordered a Sharp LC-70LE640U TV online on Saturday. Got a call on Monday to confirm the order. They tried to sell me an extended warranty, wall mount kit, and HDMI cable. Then they tell me that insurance is required for shipping TVs over 50", and it would cost me another $79. I complained that this charge wasn't listed in the itemized receipt during checkout, but he said the shipping policy was clearly stated on the website. After a little digging I found the policy under the shipping info link from their homepage. I was a little annoyed by the last minute fee, but the overall price was still cheaper than anywhere else I found online or at my local retail stores. They shipped the TV out on Tuesday, and I received it the following Monday (Veterans day!). I was pleasantly surprised that it only took 6 days since the TV came from New York to San Diego."
"Very good experience. good price, LED TV delivered as promised. Opted for white glove delivery for peace of mind. Wanted to see the TV in the house before signing that I received it in perfect condition. Glad I paid for it. But for the effort involved (bringing it indoors, opening it up, plugging it in and making sure it turned on and the screen wasn't damaged) literally 5 minutes work for 2 guys, the white glove surcharge seemed overpriced. I still had to hook up the cable box, DVD, Blu-Ray, surrand sound. I got talked into overpriced HDMI cables. I also bought the extended warranty. Discounted price from what was offered online but from what I read if something is going to go wrong with these TVs it will be within the 12 month warranty period. I bought a Sharp TV and they also extended the warranty by an additional 3 months. You should confirm with the manufacturer but they will come to my house. I don't need to worry about shipping it back to the manufacturer. In general AllTimeTVs was great to work with, just don't buy the HDMI cables from them and know whether you want the extended warranty before you call to order. "
"One of the best price on the web. Placed online order(10/31) using Express shipping. Was called on to pay EXTRA $65 on insurance charge that was not mentioned during the check out.
The TV did not get shipped out until 11/6 although the tracking number was available since 11/2. They will call you to purchase the warrratny (if you have not done so during the checkout). Will update later once the TV gets delivered.
Update(11/14):The TV arrived via FedEx Ground (11/12). The looks great without any defect so far. Justin(AllTimeTV) called and offered to refund the handling/insurance charge that was not shown during the check out. I will try to come back if I need another TV in the future."
"Best prices that can not be beat but be prepared to wait up to a month for your item (in my case a 55' tv) to arrive and a shipping insurance fee so not really free shipping. Overall i saved a couple hundred dollars so it was worth it."
"Ordered Samsung LED ES7500 on the Oct 25, its now Nov 5 and order still hasn't shipped. I have called several times to ask about the order but just keep getting transfered around. I can't get a straight answer on anything. I thought the price was great but i'm not sure its worth the run around from customer service.

I recieved a call from David after business hours to assist me with my order. He did a great job going above and beyond to assist me and resolved all issues. I feel that I caught them at a bad time with hurricane Sandy. After recieving great service from David in sales I would recommend AllTimeTvs to others and will use them for my next purchase.

"I ordered a 55" Samsung tv on 10/6/12. It's now 10/28/12 and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. I've called the trucking company twice now, only to hear that they'd "contact me in next couple of days" to arrange delivery. Nothing. If the television is not in my house by 10/31/12, the credit card charge gets disputed and I'll contact the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE these guys!
Update 10/28/12: as if by magic, the shipping company just called and I am scheduled for delivery tomorrow

"I ordered a sharp 80" TV online and online there is no tax and no shipping, so price of TV at check out was $3647.00 after I placed my order I received a call from this company confirming my order and processing the order, at this time the representative told me that because the TV was so big there was an extra fee id have to pay $142.23 for handling and insurance, which was not expressed in my original online check out. So I started to cancel order and just buy from best buy at price match and I would have TV same day same price I'd just have to pick it up from store.. The representative said he would give me free express shipping 5 days. And TV was being loaded on truck as we spoke! So I didn't cancel my order and proceeded with the order on oct 18. It's now oct 24 and I call delivery service and they say TV might be here oct 26 if not it would be the week after! I called customer service and the connected me with the original sales guy who couldnt believe i was complaining about a few days late when i got Free (not really free $142.23 insurance handling) express shipping. in my opinion I should have just ordered at best buy price match and brought it home same day instead of waiting days not knowing when TV will arrive and paying the extra hidden $142.23 for express white glove delivery. Beware of unexpected extra charges and if u need product on a certain day don't order here.

Oct 25 i received a call saying my TV would be delivered tomorrow between 11am-3pm, after that call I received a call from Justin at customer service from all time Tvs and he wanted to make sure after posting this bad review that i was satisfied he said he would credit me $100 back. Asked me to change my review to 5 star. I asked why they would not just add the insurance and handling fee at time of purchase he said theyre working on website to include it cause its obviously a problem for many customers purchasing. I am happy about the $100 credit that they at least tried to make things better but still feel like they tried to scam me and if i would have never said anything they would be ok with getting over on me! I will update more tomorrow if and when I receive TV."

"I ordered a camera online, then I got a call and an email for me to call a sales rep. I called and the purpose of the call was to up sell me. I purchased the 3 year extended manufacturers warranty over the phone. I received a confirmation email with the extended warranty listed. When the package arrived, there was no manufacturer warranty. I attempted to call to tell customer service about the oversight. I was on hold for about 30 minutes waiting for a customer service rep. They never answered. I then called the sales guy that sold me the warranty, he was not in. I called customer service again. Still no answer. I hit 2 on my phone to leave a message. The in box was full. I spent approximately 1 hour trying to reach customer service and never reached them. This place sucks. First the up-sell and then no one answers the phone.
Apparently they were having problems with their phone system and got back to me within 5 minutes of the initial post. They have worked every thing out to my complete satisfaction and I will consider them when I purchase camera gear in the future.
