"I've had a problem with an order for over 2 years now. Each time I open a ticket I get the "We've found out what's wrong and fixed it. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery". Allowing 6-8 weeks means you can't do a chargeback of course, so good luck getting your magazines. Original order placed 4-18-2007. It's now 11-20-2008 and the order is still not fixed. This company is a scam."
