"I placed an order for a $2.55 audio cable from my mobile device. When I noticed the $52.50 next day shipping charge, I immediately called them and cancelled the order (via voicemail). They shipped the item anyway and said they didn't get my call to cancel. Summit Source would not help me in any way, even though I was willing to keep the item and pay a reasonable shipping fee."

"the old bait and switch. i had to place 3 toll calls to "confirm" the order. in the end, they didn't have the oem cd-r advertised on pricewatch and tried to sell me a more expensive retail box. phone rep was arab or something and didn't seem to understand that i did not want to upgrade my order. finally cancelled."

"I bought an LG CD-RW that failed after several weeks. The price was amazing and the RMA was completed in 24 hours. I'm not kidding. They're in Jersey and I'm in NE PA. But still...quite fantastic! No wonder their rating is at the max."

"helpful, polite, took a LOT of time with me on the phone discussing product and purchase options. amazing price on sager's top notebook. they even alerted me to a $200 saving AFTER i decided to buy. fast shipping, great product. i honestly don't know what more they could do. i noticed they have a 10 rating. no surprise."

"scammers. they took my money and never told me they didn't have the product. three weeks later i was promised a refund "by weeks end". another month passed...no refund. had to have my cc company do it. i will NEVER use these folks again and suggest that you don't. i mean look at their rating. one of the worst i've seen."

"purchased motherboard arrived doa. had a second one cross-shipped (billed to cc). it was wrong board (also doa). cancelled order. many emails and phone calls later i got 1st refund and a CHARGE for shipping instead of a refund. more calls... finally received refund for shipping on 1st board. a month and a half later, still no credit on second order. i'll end up having cc company remove charge and lose the return shipping. never again..."

"Vendor gave me the run-around, then promised a ship date on RMA (for defective CPU). In the end, they wouldn't honor the extended warranty I purchased as per the pushy salesperson.
