"Had bought frames at a craft fair in Lethbridge. Was overcharged $40. Called the office and a cheque was issued promptly.
My mom was at the fair with me and because they didn't have all the letters we needed she was told they would reimburse shipping when we ordered online. She got a refund I did not. Not that big of a deal. Making up the difference on the overcharge was seamless.

"I have to admit that I'm a bit displeased with my order as I have yet to receive the second half because the second box went to Edmonton for some reason. I was hoping to see the quality of the framed artwork so that I could order one as a christmas gift, however as I have yet to see it and time it running out, I won't be able to do so.
Also, even though there was a promo for free shipping, I still had to pay a shipping charge, which is even more frustrating as the order is going to be well over a week to get to me.
As for the 1 piece I received (a mounted piece) I am pleased with the quality.

"Everything was great except I came home to find the fragile box left on my front porch in a windstorm. Whoever delivered it did not get the required signature and just left it in open. Where the winds were so string it blew it over. It's a Christmas gift and I would expect it to be delivered to me and signed for not left on an open Porch. The picture itself was great.
