When I emailed them I was told it was not shipped until November 15th and there was no reason or notice given as to why it was 2 weeks after my ordered that it was sent. Very disappointing as I now may not have my items in time for the celebration for which I ordered them."

"As always I was very satisfied with the picture but what I was dissapointed with was the fact that I had to drive to Fonthill to pick up my picture. When I ordered my gift the address for pick up was St. Paul St. in Niagara Falls which is where I live, so when my gift was ready it said I had to go to Fonthill and that was not what I was expecting. My other order in the past was available in Niagara Falls at their old office on Morrison St. Hopefully in the future I can make arrangements to pick up in Niagara Falls."
