"Alpine delivered my wall furnace quickly and in great condition. Unfourtunatly it was to tall to fit in my living room...oops! That was my fault, I should have talked with a consultant before I ordered it. I did finally call a consultant but Alpine didn't have the product I needed. The costumer service was great, and it was easy to send the wall furnace back. I wish I had gotten the 30 dollar shipping that the company offered, but that is also my fault. "

"Bought twice from Alpine. Deliveries and installs went great. But then an evaporator coil broke a little over 2 years after we bought it. They said they would replace it, no problems. And would sent it to me. BUT after 4 months...still no coils. It takes 1/2 an hour of sitting on the phone to talk to them, so I get around to calling them only every week or two. They say they would call back but never do. They were nice enough every time I talked with them. But they just couldn't seem to get the part from China. It was most frustrating. I'm still waiting....."
