"It's a week after I placed my order. I still can't get a delivery date. I was told at the time I placed my order that the unit was in stock. Today I was told that the unit I ordered and paid for is out of stock. My house is still cold. I would not order from this company again."

"I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FURNACE.THE PRICE WAS RIGHT ON IT WAS DELIVERED VERY QUICK.THE FURNACE WAS IN FINE SHAPE.I DIDNT HAVE A SPOT FOR A SEMI SO HE MET ME AT A NEARBY COMPANY AND UNLOADED IT ON THE DOCK AND HAD THE HILO DRIVER MOVE IT TO A SHORTER DOCK FOR PICKUPS SO IT WAS EASY LOADING.THE FURNACE INSTALLED PERFECTLY AND EASY TO HOOK UP.I GOT INSTRUCTIONS FOR WIRING AND THERMOSTAT WIRING IT WORKED FINE FIRST TRY.FURNACE KEEPS HOME NICE AND WARM KICKS OFF AND ON LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO.SEEMS TO BE PRETTY QUITE BUT ITS IN A OPEN HALL IF IT WAS IN A ATTIC OR BASEMENT YOU WOULD NEVER HEAR IT.I DID CALL THE COMPANY 1 TIME BEFORE I ORDERED JUST TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE PROPER FURNACE TO FIT MY NEEDS.THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFULL AND I ORDERED IT ONLINE WHEN I WAS READY.EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH.THEY OFFER LOTS OF ACCESSORIES FOR THE FURNANCES TOO.VERY NICE EVERYTHING WENT FINE FROM ORDERING TO TURNING IT ON.
