"Purchased airconditioning equipment. When shipment arrived, there was no damage on the boxes. However, when the boxes were opened, noted that two of evaporators were damaged. The damaged appeared to be done before packing and not during shipment. Call to the Alpine company was made, and they were informed about damage and that, on delivery, the boxes were inspected and no damage to the boxes was noted. But they stated that we should have opened all of the eight boxes and inspected the products while the delivery person was present. Alpine Home Air Products made it clear that they do not intend to take responsibility for the damaged products.
The customer service was not help. Even though I couldn't see any damage on the packaging, They keep telling me to file a claim with carrier, especially the customer service supervisor was very rude, She hangup the phone on me. I know I lost over 400$, and afraid that if the unite have technical problem
Alpine will not honor their warranty. Regret that I ordered from them,

"TLDR; Expected delivery by Tuesday, found out that the furnace was lost like a set of car keys.

The furnace I ordered turned up missing. They claim the shipping company lost it. Due to the inability to find a tracking number or anything related to it being shipped at all, I think they just forgot to send it out. They did "send another one" as soon as they got my phone call, so I should be able to give an actual review of the unit once i receive it, but for now Alpine gets two stars for efficiency. Would be one star but the customer service was easy to get a hold of and more helpful than your typical experience with say... AT&T would be.

"Evaporator coil arrived on schedule and in perfect shipping condition. As it is aluminum and fragile, that was some concern to me upon arrival. Coil was not exact to my model but I was able to adapt it to fit. Saved me time and money over all in searching for an exact match. "
