"I ordered one item on the 3rd of Nov have not heard anything so I called today the 10th they told me it was out of stock and they expect it to arrive Wed the 12th and that they would ship it 2nd day . They could have sent an email letting me know when I ordered it a week ago instead it is going to take two weeks to get something that should have taken 3 days"
"When I ordered my furnace they told me it would ship on Wednesday. Well on Thursday I called and they apologized telling me what I ordered was a discontinued item and it should have been pulled from website. So they helped me choose a replacement and they told me it was in-stock and would ship that day or Friday. Well again on Friday I called and was informed that they sold me and someone else the same product at the same time unfortunately. Now my furnace was on back order. Then they said it looks as they had one locally they could get and have it shipped Monday. Well guess what today is Monday and nope, they haven't got it yet. They MAY get it today or tomorrow. If not the next shipment is SUPPOSE to arrive in 14 days and its already been 10 days from my original purchase. If this is any indication of how they operate, you decide!
