"I came to Alpine as a skeptic expecting little. First I inputted the model number of the Goodman Evaporator Coil I needed and up popped a picture of the exact unit I wanted but with green text telling me the Item was discontinued and to contact customer service for the replacement model. I noticed the "Live" chat box and asked about the part. A helpful dude cross referenced it in less than a minute and provided me the new Goodman part number. .... Later I looked around the site and realized that these people are the real deal. I ordered the Evaporator Coil and they shipped it the same day! Ordered on Wednesday and it arrived Friday via standard FedX ground shipping. The shipping charges were not jacked up to make up for the low price I got on the part either. I live in Tallahassee and Alpine has contacted 13 installers in my area to bid on the installation for me. I could not be happier with the attitude and obvious competence of Alpine. Love these guys.
