"Your Website is easy to use, and has a lot of good information, for the average homeowner. Overall experience was good. The only issue I had was the packing of the units. The sids were the same size as the units, and allowed some of the cooling fins on the unit to crush. Had the unit been on a larger skid I am sure the unit would have been fine. The Evaporator coil cover had a slight bend in it, and some of the fins inside the unit were bent. Most of this I fixed, but it is just one more thing I had to do during the installation. I just wish it was packaged a little better. I will continue to use your company in the next purchase.

"I would possibly buy from Alpine again. The furnace was delivered within 3 business days as expected. That said, I was disappointed in the fact that, I ordered a furnace, and it arrived damaged (appeared to have been dropped, or something dropped ON it, which I found when I unpacked before removing from truck. So I refused shipment, and sent it back. Asked to send another on a Thursday. By Monday I still had not had a response to my email, so I made a phone call to move things along (out of stock). Unit shipped that day and got another on Wed. It had damage as well! SAME THING, corners bent from mishandling, plus a ding on the side... UGH! I kept it, and will make it usable. I do not want to have to go through the process again, as I need to get my furnace in to have a/c again. I think maybe they need to inspect better at warehouse, and if they are, then pack them better (wood at corners, not cardboard, perhaps). Just would have preferred to receive a good, NON-damaged product at least the second time."

"My order was split up for whatever reason and I did not receive part of it. I called the representative and explained several days had passed and I had not received the second half of the order. She said she would have that section of the order reshipped and put on the truck that night. WOW! I literally received it shortly after lunch the next day. That's what I call fixing a bad experience with real action."
