"Slow and lousy communication. I still have not received my order. When I ordered the product it sent me an email showing my order and a link to track the status, but I never received any shipping email. It is hot summer and I work from a home office and have had no air conditioning at all. I place the order on 6/3 and heard nothing else after the initial 2 emails (the second one with the tracking number). On 6/5 - because the site says most are shipped in 1-3 days - when my tracking still showed order processed and pending shipment I called to find out what was going on. I was informed that my product was backordered until 6/12. However, no one had bothered to email, call...nothing. There was zero communication to me that the item was backordered. Also, on that phone call the lady had told me she was going to check and see if they could get it from somewhere closer to get it quicker and that she would call me back later that day. It is now 6/11 and I still haven't received that callback. Just go somewhere else and save yourself from dealing with the poor communication and lies. There are other companies where you can get these units for a couple hundred dollars more. A couple hundred dollars isn't worth the headache. I would have paid the extra to not have to spend the last week and the next one trying to work in the horrible heat and humidity that we have had here."
