"I checked Alpine's reputation with BBB before I bought. They had an A+ rating (BBB's highest rating) so that was a no-brainer. And, my experience with this purchase justified that very high rating. The furnace arrived much sooner that promised, but there was a large dent in the side of the furnace at delivery. I rejected the delivery (as Alpine recommends if a product is visibly damaged) because I was afraid to have it installed and discover the furnace malfunctioned. Alpine acted as if I were returning a $10 tool. And Alpine had me another furnace delivered on site within a week. This is the only company I will ever deal with on a heating/air conditioning products. Thank goodness there are outstanding companied doing business on the Internet."

The only thing I'd like to comment is that. The manual unnecessarily insists professional installation. In fact, the installation is extremely easy: Just hook up and let it run!
