"My order was filled quickly, I had ordered a furnace and a propane conversion kit. The furnace came in three days, the conversion kit has a few more days until delivery. My gas valve at the bottom of the furnace was rotated back up into the lower cavitiy, it pulled back down easily. Must have been done in manufacture, because the cardboard box was in great shape. The tech stated it will most likely be no problem, and I am not concerned, because Alpine stands behind their products. pmw
