"Bought an Amana PTH093E35A PTAC with wall sleeve, grill, and drain kit. At first I ordered the wrong (PTH073) unit, immediately called Alpine's customer service and was very pleased that she corrected the order and billing. I called again to confirm when the shipment would arrive and again was very pleased with their customer service. Everything arrived today (9/26/13) in good condition and is being installed. I paid extra for the "lift gate" delivery, and the driver moved the skid onto my property and out of the way of traffic. Don't know yet whether the equipment is as good as other reviews. But so far I am very satisfied with the ordering experience. "
