"The Alpine Rep was very helpful placing my order.Pricing was good,video info was excellent.
My only disapointment at this time was the delivery.
No weekend delivery & even though I paid for liftgate service my furnace was left at the curb.
I live in the country,600 feet from the curb.I was not able to take off work to be at my house, so my brother who lives a 150 miles away came to my house to meet the truck.
The curb delivery should have been right up front.
I also paid $35.00 for the return assurance.
If I had to return it how do i get it wrapped,skidded and back to the curb.
This i expect a refund on.

"The packing list included with my shipment was sort of a generic packing list that listed 5 items that are similar or are ordered in conjunction with one of the other items listed. The packing list indicated 5 items were shipped, when in fact only one item ( 2" concentric vent that I ordered) was in the carton. Another item I ordered, a 2 " PVC flashing, was not included, and I believe was back ordered. ( I'd be willing to bet this item was in stock when the shipment was made.) It's no big deal, but I would think the packing list should be created or based on the order entry, and the folks in your Memphis D.C. should compare the packing list against the order and/or the items they are packing and avoid the cost of two shipments.."

"Ordering was pretty straightforward. The product seems to be good so far. A problem arose b/c a drain tube was needed and was not included. It would have ben nice to know this was not included with the unit. You have to have this for gravity drain or a pump for non-gravity drain. That wasted time for the crew to go looking for this part.
