"Did a lot of research and shopping around before settling on Alpine. They had the best price and terms; staff knowlegdeable and courteous. Ordered a Williams NG wall heater on Thursday. Item arrived on the next day Friday in perfect condition. Will certainly look at Alpine again for future heating/cooling needs."

"I am very satisfied with the large purchase (furnace) we made from Alpine Home Air Products. I am still working with them regarding the small purchase (carbon monoxide alarm). The furnace works great and delivery was easy! Installation was challenging, but that's what happens with a 35-year-old home. The carbon monoxide alarm gives a "trouble" condition and none of the paperwork describes this. The manufacturer hasn't responded via email, so I have contacted Alpine for assistance. Thus far, the alarm is inoperable. Alpine customer service is excellent! We received a new working carbon monoxide alarm within a few days of my email to them. I also received a Fed Ex label to return the inoperable alarm (via email) with instructions. It was super easy and all is taken care of in short order...even around the holidays! Excellent customer service and I highly recommend Alpine Air!"

"I know this is only a small problem but have not been able to get stove to light up--pilot is on - at this moment we are reading directions---my daughter will call you in am and get some help. She says the stove is very nice and fits great in the fireplace. Now for a problem---you as a company need to take Fed Ex to a house cleaning...the stove did not get delivered until today (Mon Dec 17) the driver was not the regular driver, but apparently he is very incompetent. He came to Ruidoso Friday and did not deliver. He did not call or anything...we had to do all the calling. His name is Fred out of the Roswell, NM office. The man in the office kept appoligizing and making excuses some not true, but it was very cold up there and made a lot of problems - I should think you as a store would want to at least recoup the shipping charges . I dont think they would even argue. Again, we love the stove..this is no fault of your store. Christine Anthony"

"This is my second time buying our furnace filters from them and I will continue to buy them in the future from Alpine. The cost is better than buying locally. Ordering is easy. And delivery is fast and has been accurate."
